Thank you for visiting and shopping at BigDaddyStickers.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for in stock items. An additional 5-7 business days may be needed for custom orders or for items not in stock at the time the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment (14 days) of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please make sure to have an updated phone and email address at the time of checkout otherwise we will not be able to contact you.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. If you require overnight delivery please call us at 859-800-7446 before 3 pm EST to make sure we have the item in stock and can deliver it same day.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

SHIPMENT TO P.O BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESS
BigDaddyStickers.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All sticker orders under $20 USD will not receive a tracking number. If you require one you can request one for an additional fee.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
BigDaddyStickers.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
BigDaddyStickers.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. but please contact us at 859-800-7446 for any special circumstances that may apply.
